　今朝の空

梅雨が明けましたが、青空が広がらない朝です。

5時半

公園の周りを工事していました。

我が家のお花

　今日は高校時代の友人とトールペイントで知り合った同い年の友人が遊びに来ました。

一人が御弁当を買って来てくれて、一人がタルトを買って来てくれました。

11時20分頃来ましたが、すぐにお弁当を食べ始めました

続いて、桃のタルトも食べました

1個572円。

桃が半分入っていました。

3時過ぎから3時半くらいにかけて、雨雲が近づいてきて、皆のスマホに警報が入ってきました。

雨が降らないうちに友人達は早めの3時50分頃我が家を出ました。

送りに出たついでに、解体工事現場を見に行きました。

綺麗に更地になっていました。

北から雨雲がやって来ていました。

4時過ぎ、すごい雷雨。

約30分位続きました。

雷も近くで鳴りました。

でも、その後はこの通りの青空。

　今日の頂き物

友人がすいかを持って来てくれました。

堂島のフルーツゼリー

Friends who are my age have come to my house today.
We are the same generation and the topics we talked about were common, so we had a very lively conversation.
One of them bought the lunch boxes and the other one bought the fruit tarts, so we spent about 5 hours together eating lunch and sweets and chatting.
For the past two days, it had been raining heavily, so the flood and thunder warning had been issued today as well and it got dark.
Because of that, my friends rushed back home immediately and soon after, the heavy rain and thunder started around 4 o'clock.
Thirty minutes later, the thunderstorm stopped and the blue sky spread across.
But today there was no rainbow.
Before that, it seems that all the dismantling work in the neighborhood was over.
The land became a vacant lot and I could look over to the other side.

今日は同じ年の友人達が私の家に来ました。
私達は同世代なので、話題もよく似ていて、話が弾みました。
1人がお弁当を、もう1人がフルーツタルトを買って来てくれたので、私達は昼食やお菓子を食べながら5時間ほど一緒に過ごしました。
昨日に続いて、今日も大雨洪水雷警報が出て、だんだん暗くなって来たので、彼女達は急いでそれぞれの家に帰りました。
その直後の4時頃から激しく雷が鳴り、大雨が降りました。
30分後には、雷雨は止み、青空が広がりました。
でも、今日は虹は出ませんでした。
その前にご近所の解体工事はすべて終わったようです。
土地は綺麗な更地になっていて、向こうまで見通すことが出来るようになりました。

　今朝の空

4時40分に目が覚めました。

この時間が一番いいです。

特にこれからは朝でも暑くなりますので・・・。

今日は7周半歩きました。

4時54分

解体工事も終わりに近づきました。

ご近所

家がなくなるとこんなに広かったのですね。

しかも、景色も全く違って見えます。

見えなかった家々も見えるようになりました。

我が家のお花

今日は6本のきゅうりを収穫。

いつの間にかこんなに大きくなっていました。

4本、ご近所に差し上げました。

いつものように粗食です。

十六穀入り御飯、お味噌汁、きゅうりの酢の物、ポテトサラダ、梅酢たくあん

お魚を解凍していましたが、また、忘れました

今日は午前中に梅雨明け宣言があり、久し振りに青空が広がりましたが、3時頃から段々と暗くなってきました。

そして、4時頃から雷雨。

夕方、工事現場を見に行くともう囲いが取り除かれていました。

慌てて外を見るとやっと虹を見ることが出来ました

（ここのところ何回か夕方の5時半頃出ていたようです）

余りにも大きなアーチでしたので、カメラに収まりませんでした。

Today, in the morning, the rainy season has been declared in the Chugoku region where I live, and the blue sky had spread for the first time in a while. However, there was a thunderstorm around 4 pm and I was happy that I didn't have to water the garden. Today's high was 34.4℃, and low was 24.2℃.

今日、午前中に私の住んでいる中国地方で梅雨明けが宣言され、久し振りに青空が広がりました。しかし、4時頃から雷雨があり、私は庭に水遣りをしなくて良かったので嬉しかったです(^^)/ 今日の最高気温は34.4℃、最低気温は24.2℃でした。

Wonderful memories（素晴らしい思い出）⑤

Cruising

I have boarded a cruise ship twice until now.
The first time I was cruising from Kobe Port to South Korea and China was for about 10 days.
I got on the foreign ship about 20 years ago with my family.
On the first day both of my children were intoxicated, but only I was fine.
The ocean and the setting sun seen from the stern were beautiful and breathtaking , and I was speechless.
Cruising makes you forget "time".
Also, being able to make friends, including many overseas people, is one of the attractions.
The meals were very delicious, and the number of meals is more than usual, and it was about 7 to 8 times.
Of course at other times we were free to eat.
We also participated in a nightly dance party.
This cruising prompted me to learn dancing.
I thought learning English, using computer, and learning how t dance were "Three kinds of sacred treasures" or "Three important elements "to go out to the world.
Now the dance started again after a decade of blanks.
I was still young at the time, and I was learning how to dance. I was learning flamenco and ballet while working.
Everything I was doing seemed to be fun, and my daughter started participating in the competitive dance and learning hula in university.
After that, I changed my workplace and my boss strongly encouraged me to play golf.
Since I  started playing golf, my daughter and my son  started playing golf, as well.
Although I got off track I went to Yakushima Island with my mother for the second cruise.
I will write about my trip with my mother again at the next opportunity.
In any case, I think the cruise is wonderful.
My friend and I promised each other to cruise to Canada. 
If I go to Canada, it would be my third time to visit the country.

　
船旅　

私は今までクルーズ船に2回乗船しました。
一度目は神戸港から韓国と中国への10日間くらいのクルージングでした。
私はこの外国船に家族と約20年くらい前に乗りました。
最初の日、彼らは二人共酔いましたが、私だけが大丈夫でした。
船尾から見る水平線に沈みゆく夕陽は言葉にはならないほど美しかった。
クルージングのは「時」を忘れさせてくれます。
又、多くの海外の人々を含む人々と友人になれることも魅力のひとつです。
食事もとても美味しく、食事回数はなんと7～８回位ありました。
もちろんそれ以外の時間でも私たちは自由に食べることが出来ました。
又、毎夜開催されるダンスパーティーへ私達も参加しました。
このクルージングがきっかけとなり、私はダンスを習うことにしました。
なぜなら、世界に出て行く為に、英語とパソコンとダンスは「三種の神器」だと思ったからです。
今、ダンスは10年のブランクを経て再び始めました。
当時はまだ若かったので、私は働きながら、ダンスやフラメンコ、バレエも習っていました。
私がしていることは何でも楽しそうだったようで、娘もその後大学の時に本格的に競技ダンスを始めたりフラメンコを習っていました。
その後、私は職場を変わり、上司からゴルフを強く勧められ、ゴルフも始めましたが、娘も今度は息子もゴルフを始めました。
話しがずれましたが、2度目のクルーズは私は母と屋久島に行きました。
母との旅については又、次の機会に書こうと思います。
いずれにしても、船旅は素晴らしいと私は思います。
私は将来、友人と3度目のカナダをクルージングする約束をしています。

　今日の空

2日間、朝、歩きに行くことが出来ませんでしたので、久し振りの気がしました。 
天気予報によりますと、最初は先週末に、次は昨日の火曜日に梅雨が明けると言っていましたが、又、梅雨明けが延びたようです。

I wasn't able to go for a walk in the morning for two days, so I felt like it passed a long time.
According to the weather forecast, at first, it was said that last weekend, including Tuesday the rainy season would end, but it seems that the rainy season will still last for some time.

帰ろうとした時、あの親子を見つけ、もう1周歩きました。 
後ろからとは言え、写真を撮ることは失礼かな～と思いますが、このお二人が微笑ましくてついつい写真を撮ってしまいます。 
それに、私の母はもう一緒に公園も歩くことが出来ないかもしれません。 
スーパーにももう行けない気がします。　 
母、曰く「押し車（正式には”歩行車”と言うそうです）はもう使わないから返そうか。」 

When I was about to go home, I found that the elderly mother and her son so walked another round.
I think it's rude to take a picture, even though it's from the back, but the scene that they are walking hand in hand is a heartwarming one.
Besides, my mother may not be able to walk in the park with me anymore.
Also,I feel like she can't go to the supermarket anymore.
Mother says, "I wonder if I would return the walker because I will not use it anymore."

Lunch

１６種類の穀類入り御飯、味噌汁、ホタテ貝と野菜の炒め物、茄子の味噌煮、サラダ 。
（副食は2人分です。）

Rice with 16 kinds of grains, Miso soup,  Stir-fried scallops and vegetables, Eggplant cooked with miso, Salad.
(The side meals are for 2 people.)

五軒目の家が倒されていました。 
今日は雷と雨が降って、工事が一時中断したようで、いつもは3時前には終わりますが、4時頃まで工事をしていました。 

The fifth house has been destroyed.
It seemed that the construction was temporarily suspended due to thunder and rain today. 
It usually ends before 3 pm, but they were still working around 4 pm.

今日は母の訪問リハビリの日でした。
スタッフが2時半から3時半まで来てくれました。
その時に、母は魚の目が痛かったので、それをスタッフに話しました。
すると、彼は病院に帰ってすぐに医師にそれを話し、医師は看護師さんと一緒にすぐに家に来てくれました。
医師と看護師さんは4時半過ぎに我が家に着きました。
そして、魚の目を切り、母はもう今は痛みがなくなりました。
迅速に対応してくれた病院のスタッフに私は心から感謝しました。

Today was my mother's  "Home-Visit Rehabilitation" 's day.
The staff came to our home at 2:30~3:30.
At that time, she was having feet corns pain, and she told the staff about it.
Then he went back to the hospital and told the doctor about it, who immediately came to our home with the nurse.
They arrived at our home after 4:30.
Then they cut the feet corns and my mother was no longer in pain.
I sincerely thanked the hospital staff for their prompt response.

今日は4軒目の借家の土台を壊したようです。

明日は多分、最後の一軒を壊すと思います。

アボカド アレルギー

昨日の胃痛は、アボカドアレルギーだったようです。
昨夕、アボカドサラダを食べた後、口の中や周りに違和感を感じました。
その後胃痛は始まり、2種類の胃薬を飲んでも治りませんでした。
脂汗が出る位激しく胃が痛くなって、病院に行こうかと迷いました。
ネットで調べるとアボカドやマンゴー、キーウイ、バナナなどの南国の果物でアレルギーを起こす場合があるようです。
今までそのような経験はありませんが、年と取ると突然発生するケースも多いそうです。
また、その時の体調や果物の熟れ具合にもよると書かれてありました。
激しい場合はアナフラキシーショックを起こすらしく、段々と重症化するケースが多いそうですので、今後は気を付けなくてはなりません。
痛みは半日から一日続くと誰かが書いてありましたが、私の場合もそうでした。
昨夕、6時半に夕食を食べましたが、痛みが収まったのは今朝の7時頃でした。
夜中の3時頃にはお水を飲んでも激痛が起こりましたので、初めは水分を摂ることも怖かったですが、脱水症も怖いので、しばらく経ってから、少しずつ少しずつ飲むようにしました。
そして、朝の7時頃には痛みがなくなりましたので、10時頃にお粥とお味噌汁を作って食べました。
しばらく消化のいいものを少しだけ食べるようにします。
そのような訳で、今朝も歩きに行けませんでした。
皆さんも、気を付けて下さいね。

Avocado allergy

My yesterday's stomachache seems to have been related to an avocado allergy.
After eating an avocado salad last evening, I felt a sense of discomfort in and around my mouth.
After that, the stomach ache started, and even if I took two kinds of stomach medicine, it did not go away.
My stomach hurt so much that I was greasy sweating and I was wondering if I should go to the hospital.
When I searched online, it seemed that some people may have an allergy to tropical fruits, such as avocado, mango, kiwi, banana and so on.
I haven't had that kind of experience until now, but it seems that in many cases it happens suddenly as I get older.
Also, it was written that it depends on the physical condition and the ripeness of the fruits at that time.
In some cases, this may become an anaphylactic shock, and then the situation gets worse. 
Therefore, it's necessary to be careful in the future.
Someone wrote that the pain lasts half a day to a day, which was the exact my case.
I had dinner at 6:30 last evening, but the pain subsided at about 7 this morning.
I had a lot of pain even when I drank water at about 3:00 in the middle of the night.
At first, I was afraid to drink water, but at the same time, I was afraid of dehydration. 
Therefore, I tried to drink little by little.
I had no pain at about 7 in the morning, so I made porridge and miso soup around 10 and ate them.
I will try to eat more digestible food for a while.
That's why I couldn't go walking this morning either.

　夜中からふらつきを感じ、今朝はウォーキングに行きませんでしたので、「今朝の空」の写真が撮れませんでした。
今朝は23℃で涼しかったようですので、とても残念でした。

母をデイサービスに見送った後で、少し寝ました。
すると心身共に回復してきましたので、19回目の膝へのヒアルロン酸注射を打ちに行ってきました。
今日で最後でしたので嬉しい
それ以外は家で読書をして過ごしました。

最後の一軒になりました。
五軒の借家が壊されると新しい別の景色が見えるので、別の場所かと感じますね。

夕食にアボガドサラダを作って食べたところ、胃が痛くなりました。
今日は体調の悪い一日になりました。
