災害の少ない岡山県でこのような出来事が起こったのは初めてです。
Today, Prime Minister Abe came to Okayama to order to check the disastrous situation and to encourage the people who were caught in that.
It is the first time that this kind of event happened in Okayama Prefecture which is one of the the prefecture that has the least number of disasters in the whole Japan.
